Becky became an Oregon Real Estate Broker in September 2004 and Washington salesperson in August of 2005. She completed the series of Graduate Real Estate Institute "GRI" classes in December of 2005 and received that designation. Also in 2005 she received the Windermere Glenn Taylor Real Estate award for attending the most advanced educational classes company wide and holds the CRS (Credited Residential Specialist) designation. 

Nan became an Oregon Real Estate Salesperson in April 1994 and a Oregon Principal Broker in 1999. She is a Certified Residential Specialist "CRS" The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field which recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Nan also holds the "CRB" Designation. The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager Designation is one of the oldest and most respected in the industry.  It exemplifies the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in real estate brokerage management. Previousl she worked for Windermere as the V.P. and Director of Operations for 10 years.
